I don’t categorise individuals’ needs according to issues because I work with people, not diagnoses and believe that a successful outcome is best achieved through tailoring differing psychological techniques & practices according to individual need.
My Commitment To The Client
I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am committed to maintaining high standards. I adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy published by the BACP.
In Addition I Endeavour To:

Establish client goals collaboratively
Share a range of proven, effective strategies and techniques that embrace ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help achieve stated goals
Explain the nature and limits of confidentiality surrounding the service and keep all records and information confidential within the limits of confidentiality
Provide referral information to a client if additional support is required
Undertake periodic professional counselling supervision
Undertake continuing professional development each year
I am currently no longer practising privately, due to other work commitments.
However, I will be developing and delivering group and workshop programmes in the near future, which will be advertised in the Workshop section on this website. Please look out for forthcoming events.
