The Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) is a worldwide online learning and research community, and a living resource for anyone interested in ACT,  RFT, and Contextual Behavioral Science.
MIND is a charitable organisation that supports anyone with a mental health problem and is somewhere to turn for advice and support. They publish information on many topics relating to mental health; provide a confidential telephone helpline, as well online support and other services through their network of local Mind associations.
B-Eat is a UK nationwide organisation supporting people affected by eating disorders, their family members and friends. B-Eat provides telephone helplines; local support groups; online support and a network of UK-wide self-help group; and this website, which includes information, message boards and online chat.
If you are in crisis, the Samaritans can be contacted 24 hours a day, every day of the week by telephone, email, letter or face to face.  Samaritans aims to benefit society by improving people‚Äôs emotional health in order to create a greater sense of well being.
